Building Brothers Contracting is a local company, with roots in the Langley community. It’s not uncommon to see our staff members out and about, socializing at the dog parks, volunteering at events, or even shoveling driveways for their neighbours. Our core values are about bettering people’s lives, improving and/or restoring our communities, and giving back wherever we can. These values are represented in each employee, in both their personal lives and the work they do.
All our projects are custom-tailored for each client’s needs and desires. We pride ourselves in our quality of workmanship, level of professionalism, and exceptional customer service. As a result, for over a decade, most of our work through word of mouth from previous clients, or clients returning to us for additional work.
The Building Brothers Story
Fresh out of the Kwantlen Polytechnic Carpentry program, our founder, Cody Baines, set out to make a mark on the construction industry and established Building Brothers Contracting. With several years of experience in the field under his belt, he was quick to build close relationships with developers, clients, and tradespeople. Starting by taking on primarily residential siding-focused projects, Cody worked hard to expand his knowledge and expertise to complement his growing business.
Today, Building Brothers Contracting offers a multitude of both residential and commercial services, from project management and design to full-service custom home construction. With projects all over the Lower Mainland, Cody has put together a team of experienced in-house professionals to help his business run as smoothly as possible and has maintained a solid network of sub-trades to be able to offer one-stop-shop service for every client.
