Construction projects tend to consist of wildly shifting tasks and timelines. As an individual or homeowner trying to take on the project on their own, these can be overwhelming and complicated.
At Building Brothers Contracting, we have a team dedicated to making sure every project goes as smoothly as possible. Each with the depth of knowledge to maximize all resources available (both material and human) without sacrificing quality.
Since every day in construction is different, our management team can be found picking up flooring and tile in Surrey, meeting plumbers for a bathroom in Langley, receiving lumber deliveries for a custom home in Cloverdale or managing our crews renovating a kitchen in Aldergrove. Ultimately, they spend most of their time in any given week making our projects tick.

What does that mean for you?
Once the project starts, we order and receive delivery of all materials on-site, book in sub-trades such as electricians, plumbers, drywallers, or painters, and schedule our in-house crews. Our project managers oversee all co-ordination and communication, allowing you to have a single point of contact throughout the length of the project.
To ensure you’re satisfied with the outcome, we conduct a final walkthrough to go over all the work that was done, leaving you with your vision come to life!
All our projects start with a free in-person consultation. During this visit, we go over your vision, discuss options, and take any measurements or pictures necessary. From there we consult with any sub-trades that may be needed and provide you with an all-in-one estimate.
